Recall floods have devastated several states leaving in its wake huge destruction of lives, properties and farms. Some of the individuals, properties, and farms may have some Insurance policies and will file for claims.

Mr. Salami said “NAICOM sympathises with victims of recent flood disaster across the country and want to assure all those insured against such misfortunes of the Commission’s commitment towards ensuring prompt settlement of their claims by insurance companies.”

NAICOM has zero tolerance claims for claims default and insurance companies that default gets sanctioned.
