A graduate of Political Science and Masters Degree holder in Industrial and Labour Relations, Adaramola  started his career in the public service as an Information Officer, attached to the Ogun State Government House, from where he joined the Nigerian Insurers Association as Head of Public Relations. He later joined the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers in the same capacity and rose steadily through the ranks to become the Executive Secretary and CEO of the Council, a position he holds till date.

It is noteworthy that Adaramola had deployed his rich Public Relations knowledge to add considerable value to the image of the insurance industry, having served as member of several strategic committees of the various constituent bodies of the industry. As a celebrated Master of Ceremonies, Adaramola has handled over 50 notable assignments of the industry and written no fewer that 60 articles and scholarly papers on Insurance image and leadership, published in traditional and online media in Nigeria and overseas.

His desire to sit for and pass the Insurance  Chartered examinations despite his rising profile in the industry bears eloquent testimony to Adaramola’s tenacity of purpose and unquenchable thirst for scholarship, professionalism  and intellectualism.

A former Chairman of the Ogun State Chapter of NIPR and holder of the PR Certificate and Diploma of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), through qualifying examinations, Adaramola has remained a proud product of the Nigerian  insurance industry and the PR profession and one of those few versatile Image makers with dual professional addresses.
