Indeed, loyalty doesn’t go unrewarded, at least not for MTN Nigeria’s prestige members who are reaping a bouquet of mouthwatering benefits thanks to their consistent patronage.
On an auspicious Friday in January 2017, MTN Nigeria hosted their customers to a night of glitz and glamour at the Wheat Baker Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos where the ICT giant welcomed customers to a new club MTN PRESTIGE-Circle of Distinction. One of the night’s major highlights was the unveiling of the MTN prestige cards designed to award and recognize specific customers based on a cumulative annual spend (January to December) of N60000 or more or at least 10 years of active presence on the MTN network.
Since then, the Prestige Loyalty Program has evolved with the addition of world-class benefits. These benefits include airtime and data gifting on customers’ anniversary on the MTN network, priority access at MTN Walk3-in and call centers, and access to exclusive discounts from high-end stores and businesses via the myMTN NG App, amongst other benefits.
The MTN Prestige Lounge is the newest addition to the myriad of benefits for members in this category. Located at the E-Wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, the state-of-the-art lounge gives guests access to ultra-high-speed internet (MTN 5G), exquisite meals and snacks, full bar and premium dining options, play areas for kids, in-house restrooms, workstations, live boarding updates, and resolution of roaming, and other related customer issues.
MTN Prestige members (gold and platinum) traveling out of Nigeria can take advantage of the lounge and its facilities while they await boarding time. Whether you need to catch up on work or simply unwind before your flight, this lounge provides a perfect space to do so.
The launch of the MTN Prestige Lounge further demonstrates MTN Nigeria’s commitment to ensuring its customers have access to all the tools of a modern, digitally connected world which is in line with the company’s vision that everyone deserves the benefits of a modern connected life.
