The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ideas Tent Communications Ltd, Mr. Chris Agabi has congratulated Prof. Joseph Utsev, the Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation.
Mr. Agabi in a congratulatory message said Prof. Utsev is one of the few ministers who got assigned to a ministry they are subject matter experts.
He said Prof. Utsev, a seasoned academic and administrator is indeed prepared for the top job and has the capacity to deliver on the job.
He also commended Prof. President for his deliberate decision to appoint the young technocrat as a cabinet and expressed confidence that Prof. Utsev will not betray the confidence of Mr.. President.
Prof. Utsev had his first degree in Civil Engineering and his master’s and doctoral degrees in environmental engineering and water resources,
Prof. Utsev was appointed Commissioner, the Ministry of Water Resources and Environment Benue State in the same year 2017, among several accomplishments.
