The immediate past Governor of Benue State, Chief Samuel Ortom has congratulated Senator Abba Moro over his victory at the National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal, as winner of the 2023 election for Benue South Senatorial District.
Chief Ortom said the judgment of the tribunal has reestablished the fact that Senator Moro’s victory at the 2023 polls was the unanimous decision of the people of Benue South Senatorial District.
He described Senator Moro as an astute politician and administrator who has over the years demonstrated the capacity to galvanize development among his people.
Chief Ortom also describes the tribunal judgment as victory for democracy and congratulates the entire Peoples Democratic Party family in Benue State.
