A group  of youth under the agies of  SDP YOUTH VANGUARD  has called on the former SDP’s presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential election, Prince Adewole Adebayo to present the result and scores of his own polling unit 19, Ward 10, Ondo West Local Government Area of Ondo State in the 2023 presidential election.

In a press statement issued by the National Coordinator  of SDP Youth Vanguard Bright Kenneth  on Monday, 28th April, 2025 in Abuja. The SDP youth group in a reply to Prince Adewole Adebayo on his acclaimed popularity and fighting against new entrants into the party recently.

According to the statemen, SDP presidential candidate in the 2023 general election lost his  polling unit to Tinubu and coming to the distance 4th position behind Labour Party, PDP and the APC candidate,  he emphasized.

According to the report of the 2023 presidential elections. “SDP presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Adewole Adebayo, lost his Polling Unit 19, Ward 10, Ondo West Local Government Area of Ondo State to the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Bola Tinubu”.

He polled 19 votes to come fourth behind the Labour Party with 27 votes, PDP, which scored 39 votes and the APC which scored 52.

The statement reads; Prince Adewole Adebayo the  former SDP presidential candidate in the 2023 presidential election should have buried his face in shame after coming distant  fourth position in his own polling unit 19, Ward 10, Ondo West Local Government Area of Ondo State in the 2023 presidential election, instead, he’s making unguided statements and causing divisions in the party that gave him platform and popularity, he said.

In the  statement, through it’s National Coordinator Bright Kenneth , the SDP youth group noted that it is regrettable that Prince Adewole Adebayo who could not win his own polling unit in the 2023 presidential election by coming the distance 4th position with only 19 votes, is now trotting everywhere fighting against new entrants into the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

The SDP youth group advices the leadership of the party to be wary of the likes of Prince Adewole Adebayo, they described him as opportunist and wants to reap from where he did not sow. “This is a man who lives in the illusion of self-lust and believing in euphoria.

“Our sincere caution to leadership of our great party, SDP is to be wary of people like  Prince Adewole Adebayo, who are double-edged and speak from both sides of their mouth. He (Prince Adewole Adebayo) means no good and should be avoided like a plague,” the statement added.
