One month to the 2023 general elections, the Abuja Online Publishers Association has pledged to provide accurate, fair and balanced reportage of the election processes.
The Association in a statement also said the Association members will devote their platforms to educate, inform and sensitize Nigerians and the global community about the activities of all stakeholders as we count down to the general elections.
Abuja Online Publishers is an association of all online media with the aim of advocating the invaluable place of verifiable and trusted online news media in a democratic society, encourage diversity, inclusion and to be a reference point for high editorial standards. The Association so far has a membership of 50 publishers.
The Steering Committee of the Association chaired my Martins Odiete have unanimously resolved to temporarily suspend membership admission to allow the alaassociation concentrate on the onerous task of Nation Building weeks to the General Elections.
