The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) wishes to inform the public that an annual preventive maintenance exercise has been scheduled at its Ajaokuta 330/132kV Transmission Substation on Tuesday, 1st September, 2026 from 10 am to 3 pm.

This exercise is necessary to enable the maintenance crew to work on the bay switchgear and associated equipment on 132kV Ajaokuta Transmission Line 1.

Customs Hand Over 189,000 Cartridge to small arms control agency in Minna

Consequently, Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) will be unable to off-take electricity to its customers at Adogo, Anyimgba, Ganaja and adjoining areas.

Power supply will be restored immediately after the maintenance exercise is completed.

TCN apologises for the inconvenience this exercise will cause electricity consumers in the affected areas.
