Gov. Alia Appoints Dr. Hwande as CMD Benue State University Teaching Hospital

The Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has appointed Dr. Stephen Terungwa Hwande for the position of Chief Medical Director of Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi.
A statement from Sir Tersoo Kula, the
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Benue State said the appointment takes immediate effect.
Dr. Stephen Terungwa Hwande, a Consultant Gynecologist of enormous experience was before his appointment, the Medical Director/CEO of First Fertility Hospital, Makurdi.
“It is the belief of His Excellency that as one who is innovative, creative and adventurous, Hwande will fit into his new role to resuscitate, reposition and effectively manage the hospital for effective healthcare service delivery” the statement said.
