Transcorp Power Limited is Nigeria’s Most Sustainable Power Company

Transcorp Power Limited, one of the power subsidiaries of Transcorp Group, has reinforced its position as a leading power company in Nigeria by securing multiple prestigious awards at the 2023 World Business Outlook Awards. The company’s outstanding performance and commitment to excellence were recognized in three key categories.

The Company whose 972MW installed capacity power generating plant located in Ughelli, Delta State, makes it one of the most important power plants in the country, has been named Most Sustainable Power Company Nigeria 2023 and Leading Power Generation Company Nigeria 2023. The Company’s former Managing Director/CEO, Christopher Ezeafulukwe also won the CEO of the Year in the Nigerian Power Sector award.
