The Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC) has commenced revocation of North Bank, Nyiman, and HUDCO Estates in Makurdi Local Government Area.
This is part of BIPC’s ongoing efforts to enforce the terms of our agreement with customers, the management said in a statement.
According to the statement, “The decision to revoke the provisional sublease offer is a result of the violation of specific clauses within the lease agreement.”
“These clauses pertain to default in payment as well as restrictions on transfer, assignment, disposal, and property improvements during the subsistence of the transaction,” it said.
“It is important to note that failure to adhere to the terms outlined in the agreement has triggered this action,” the management further said.
Furthermore, the statement said, “The affected properties are subject to recovery within 14 days from the date of the notice, a correspondence titled Revocation of Provisional Sub-Lease Offer signed by Ahmed Anuga Adeja Esq, Acting Company Secretary conveying the revocation.”
“It is imperative that customers served the notice or yet to be served review the terms of their agreements and take appropriate action to remedy any outstanding issues to avoid further consequences. We remain committed to upholding the terms of our agreements with our clients and ensuring fairness for all parties involved” the statement concluded.
