This award is a testament to Dupe Olusola’s excellent track record which saw her win the Leadership CEO of the Year Award in 2023 and Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards CEO of the Year 2023, underscoring her exceptional leadership and contributions to the hospitality industry.
Seen as an inspiration and beacon of hope for female leadership and career excellence, Dupe Olusola earlier in the year became the first female CEO of a N1 trillion company, as Transcorp Hotels’ market capitalisation rose with its impressive share price growth, reaching N100 per share, from N6.25 in the past year.
