FG Says Every Naira Spent On Healthcare Must Translates Into Measurable Health Outcomes

Worried by the incessant attacks on communities in Buruku Local Government, Rt. Hon. Sekav Dzua Iyortyom has said he will raise the matter at the floor of the House of Representatives as part of measures to find lasting solutions to the insecurity in Buruku and other parts of Benue State.
The Honourable Member Representing Buruku Federal Constituency at the National Assembly strongly condemned the unprovoked attack on his constituents of Kendev Kindred, Agan, Mbaapen Council Ward by elements suspected to be marauding herdsmen.
The unprovoked attack happened on the 29th May, 2024, scores were feared dead and properties worth millions of naira destroyed.
Hon Sekav Dzua Iyortyom in a statement signed by Comr. Iortyer Mosesz his SSA on Media and Publicity called on the security agencies to up their game on safeguarding lives and property of his constituency.
He expressed deep regret and worry why these attacks continue unabated and the perpetrators never brought to justice.
He expressed his sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased and indeed the entire people of Buruku Federal Constituency over this unfortunate incidence.
He promised to raise the issue on the floor of the Green Chambers to see how it can be tackled once and for all.
He called on all security agencies to be vigilant in other to forestall future attacks while advising constituents to be watchful and advance informations to security agencies to enable them curb these unfortunate attacks.
He further appealed for calm while urging the security agencies to get to the root of this unfortunate matter.
