He commended the organizers for recognizing the significant industrial strides recorded under his leadership at BIPC, stressing that he remains focused and resilient in driving the governor’s industrial revolution blueprint for the State.

Representative of the Governor, Chief of Staff Barr. Moses Atagher, applauded the conveners for honoring individuals contributing to the state’s development. He praised Dr. Asemakaha’s role in transforming Benue’s industrial landscape through innovative initiatives.

Barr. Atagher further disclosed that the Hall of Fame will evolve into a state-owned institution that will celebrate outstanding Benue personalities across careers and sectors.

“If you go to South Africa, the USA, and other parts of the world, you will see heroes honoured and displayed on major streets, roundabouts, and parks. Here, you hardly see such. But with this initiative, our administration will look into such innovation,” he said.

Convener of the Father Alia Hall of Fame, Mr. Henry Damkor, explained that the initiative was created to recognize appointees who have made meaningful contributions to the state’s growth.

He added that FAHOF comprises two key components; the Hall of Fame and the administration’s legacy projects both designed to promote economic development and inspire excellence among Benue people.
