A former Minister of Defence, General Theophilus.Y Danjuma (Rtd) has told Nigerians accross the country to take arms and fight terrorists before they over run the entire country.
He made the call on Saturday in Wukari in Taraba state, during the presentation of staff of office to 25 Aku-Uka of Manu Ishaku Adda Ali,
According to the retired general, “the Armed forces are either unwilling or not willing to depend the country and that was why the country is now under seige.”
He also said the terrorists sources of arms must be blocked.
“We must find out the source of the arms of terrorists and Nigerians should equally find a means of arming themselves to face the terrorists ” he said.
He reiterated that there is still collusion by security agencies.
When I said the military were colluding with terrorists he was called a liar but now every Nigerian has realized what he said.
He said after his statement a Kangaroo penal was set up by the military and he was invited to depend what he said but he refused to affair before the penal
” This terrorists want take over our land by all means and therefore Nigerians should raise up and depend themselves before it is too late” he said.
He said however the best way of depending the land is through attacks and therefore directed the people to attack and attack.
He said the terrorists are not muslims and they are mostly foregners with collaboration of some Nigerians, adding that they killed Muslims and attacked mosques.
General Danjuma stated further that it is sad that Nigeria the biggest black country in the world is under seige by terrorists who are trying to root out the citizens out of the country.
He said even though, the terrorists are well armed but however they don’t to have the number to root out all Nigerians.
