Motorists and travelers along the Gwagwalada corridor are advised that the ongoing dismantling of the temporary steel fortification on the Gwagwalada Bridge has led to traffic congestion around the area.
the FRSC urged road users to exercise patience, remain calm, and cooperate with FRSC personnel and other security agencies deployed to manage traffic.
Compliance with directives from officers on duty will help ease congestion and prevent avoidable crashes, it said.
It admonished that as Sallah period approaches with expected increase in vehicular movement, motorists are advised to maintain lane discipline, avoid dangerous overtaking, and approach the construction zone with caution. Travelers should plan their movement accordingly and drive responsibly to ensure safety for all road users.
