The former Governor expressed confidence that Dr. Akutah will provide purposeful leadership and work with relevant stakeholders to strengthen regulation, improve service delivery and create an enabling environment for businesses and investments across the nation’s ports.

Chief Ortom wished Dr. Akutah a successful tenure and prays that God grants him the wisdom, strength and good health to discharge the responsibilities of his new office and make lasting contributions to the development of Nigeria’s maritime sector.
