The Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC) has announced the opening of franchise opportunities for its bread and water businesses to members of the general public across the 23 Local Government Areas of Benue State.
A statement signed by the Group Managing Director, Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC), Dr. Raymond Asemakaha, said the initiative is designed to promote broad-based participation in the state’s growing investment and industrialization drive by creating opportunities for individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses and organised groups to partner with BIPC in the production, distribution and commercialisation of its bread and water products.
Under the franchise arrangement, successful franchise partners will operate within agreed terms and conditions, while BIPC and the respective franchise organisations will share profits generated from the businesses.
Accordging to him, the franchise opportunity is open to qualified and interested individuals, organisations, cooperatives, entrepreneurs and investors across all 23 Local Government Areas of Benue State.
The initiative, he said, is part of the company’s commitment to ensuring that the economic transformation agenda of His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, the Executive Governor of Benue State, is inclusive and beneficial to people across the state.
BIPC is determined to create platforms through which the people of Benue can participate directly in the state’s emerging industrial and commercial opportunities, rather than remaining passive beneficiaries.

He said all applications and requests for the BIPC Bread and Water Franchise should be addressed to the Group Managing Director, Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC), Makurdi, Benue State.
He called on interested organisations, cooperatives, entrepreneurs, and investors to apply, provided they possess the requisite capacity, competence, managerial experience, and financial liquidity to successfully operate and sustain the franchise.
